Following on from our last Practice Standards Inspection we are pleased to announce that our Leamington branch has been awarded Hospital Status by the Royal College.
All of our branches have RCVS accreditation at varying levels and we are proud to highlight this fact. The RCVS Practice Standards Scheme aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care and ensures that these are met through regular inspections, thus ensuring that you, our clients, can have peace of mind that our staff are fully trained and qualified and fit to practice, and that our facilities and equipment also meet a certain standard.
We had to make a number of improvements in order to achieve this status, some of which included a cat-friendly waiting area and a secure space to allow the exercise of dogs; no mean feat given our town centre location.
We would like to thank all of our staff, contractors, suppliers and clients for their assistance, patience and support whilst we made these changes, and we look forward to the next few years operating at this higher level.
Of course, we need to maintain the standards that we have now set and annual inspections by the RCVS will continue to ensure the quality of care that we provide to you and your pets.
This status is not only about our clinical excellence but also about how we care for you, our clients, and how we improve our services to you.
Future improvements will include more staff training on customer care and experience to ensure that the service you receive from all of our staff is the best it can be; we will also be asking you for feedback on our services so that we can identify areas that need improvement and improving our communication with clients so that even if you only visit once a year, you know that you are a part of the Feldon community.
